I'm a licensed and insured drone pilot based in Loveland, Colorado. As a former broker, I'm of course interested in real estate photography, but am also available for hotel/resort/wedding and other event work. 

I should also mention that I was an award-winning photojournalist and graphics director in my newspaper career.

Below are samples of a close-in-country, one-acre property, which presented timing and other challenges: it was shot in the fall; it's a north-facing house; and is surrounded by 50-foot trees. 

This particular property is spectacular when its heavily-landscaped yard is in full green display, but foliage can also obscure the view of a house. 

The advantage of elevated perspectives, however, can make a property stand out regardless of the time of year.

Pretty pictures are one thing, but much of the important work comes after the shoot, in editing. Color correction and piecing together clips is next, but the really impactful stuff? Adding music and text.
